Connect International Iran (“CII”) is a Swedish limited liability company (AB/Ltd/SSH) acting as intermediation agency for Western ventures interesting in expanding its business to the Iranian market as well as offering various corporate services to its foreign clients in I.R.I.

CII are extremely careful to follow all the laws in I.R.I., Sweden and in the country your company is registered. On top of that CII lives up to the highest international integrity standards, including:

 

• Being mindful of gushing, trust and similar risks of contribution to unfair competition.

• Working transparently, whilst keeping our clients trade secrets closely guarded.

• Zero-tolerance on bribes, illegal kickbacks and other improper payments.

• Not doing favors or giving gifts to government officials in any form, directly or indirectly, unless it is openly stated in a press release on this website.

CII ethics policy dictate that we only represent non-Iranian companies that:

2. Does business in a way that benefit I.R.I. and its people.

3. Offers a productive contribution to society.

CII or its management does not receive any compensation from Iranian institutions or companies, as well as nothing from the government of I.R.I. unless that is disclosed to all clients or posted as a press release, or the equivalent on this website. CII have no formal relations to the government of Sweden or any other nation, but is privately run for profit.

CII can register your companies branch in I.R.I and let you know the best model out of the 8 different forms of daughter company foreigners can register in the country. In addition, CII helps your Company submit and follow up official letters and bids – in Farsi – in the right format to the right place in the complicated state structure.
